Multiple Models for a Wide Range of Marine Applications
The TUBU Manual-Bracket LED Marine Searchlight is available in multiple models to meet diverse operational requirements across various maritime missions.
The TBSL-T2 features 8° and 3° beam angles, delivering illumination distances of 300 m (1 lux) and 800 m (1 lux). This configuration provides both wide-area near-field coverage and focused mid-range illumination, making it ideal for routine inspections and reliable target spotting.
The TBSL-T3 offers narrower 3.5° and 2.5° beam angles, extending illumination performance to 1000 m (1 lux) and 2000 m (1 lux). The tighter beam concentration delivers stronger penetration and long-distance focus, enabling clear target identification even in harsh weather and challenging sea conditions.
These beam configurations ensure optimal lighting performance for both close-range operations and ultra-long-range detection tasks.

Ultra-Low Power Consumption
TUBU manual-bracket LED marine searchlights consume only 160W–240W. Compared to halogen lamps delivering similar performance, typically 500W to 1000W, they reduce power consumption by 75% or more. This significantly lowers the vessel’s energy load and improves overall operational efficiency.

Longer Lifespan, Less Maintenance
The TUBU manual-bracket LED marine searchlight delivers an impressive lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, far exceeding the 1,000–2,000 hours typical of traditional halogen lamps.
This extended longevity significantly reduces maintenance and replacement frequency, lowers associated costs, and minimizes the risk of operational downtime caused by frequent servicing. As a result, the searchlight remains dependable and mission-ready for continuous maritime operations.

IP66 Marine-Grade Protection for Reduced Failures
Constructed from cold-forged 1070 pure aluminum and finished with a salt-resistant, scratch-proof white powder coating, this searchlight achieves IP66 marine-grade protection, built to withstand heavy waves, salt spray, and extreme weather conditions.
Its robust durability significantly reduces environment-induced damage and operational failures, lowering overall risk while minimizing maintenance and replacement costs.
Wide Operating Temperature Range
This searchlight is engineered to operate reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +55°C, making it well-suited for the significant temperature variations encountered across different maritime regions. Its wide operating temperature range supports a broad spectrum of marine applications, ensuring dependable and continuous illumination for vessels operating across diverse environments.
